Angeles is an entrepreneur, business strategist and transdisciplinary designer with more than 20 years creating new products, services and systems at the crossroads of business, technology and design. She has designed and led transformation programmes worldwide in the public and private sector for organizations such as Unilever, Mural, Unicef, World Bank, UN Technology Bank For Least Developed Countries, Razorfish, Endeavor, Government of Buenos Aires, among others.

Today her current endeavor is to bring the spirit of entrepreneurship to the UN, by starting up the Learning Innovation Hub, a new business unit within UNICEF with the mission of catalyzing the digital transformation in education and make learning a wonderful adventure for all children.

Saleem Qureshi
Co-Founder / Lincoln Method

Saleem Qureshi, is a successful entrepreneur with 2 exits, who relocated to Finland with the desire to launch his 3rd startup, which is an online school called Lincoln Method. His startup mantra is to focus on the unit economics of the business so that it can rapidly accomplish positive gross margins, and become attractive to investors. His experience in creating international joint ventures through public private partnerships, gives him an insight into the workings of international markets. His current objective is to help take the Finnish EdTech sector to international markets. His favorite pass-time is to cook with his 2 daughters. His goal for 2023 is to host a dinner once a week with his wife, and invite new friends over to their penthouse in Kamppi.

Sari Hurme-Mehtälä
Founder & CEO / Kide Science

Sari is one of the three female founders of award-winning edtech company Kide Science, which supports young children’s engagement and problem solving skills through playful story-based learning. Sari has 15 years business experience globally and locally from the media, retail, design, and ICT industry. She has worked in big companies’ marketing and sales positions, the latest in Samsung. But she felt that she wanted to do something more meaningful, especially with children, after becoming a mother of two little scientists. She founded Kide Science in November 2017 in Helsinki with teacher Aino Kuronen and researcher Jenni Vartiainen, scaled Kide Science in Finland and is now expanding globally, having paying customers already in 30 countries.
